The Electoral College decided to review the request of the Socialist Party for interrupting the recount in the Shkoder district at the Central Election Commission on July 26th.
“The College took this decision due to a procedure that was raised by the Republican Party for postponing the date. We are waiting for the verdict that we think will be the same as the one for the Lezhe district”, declared the Socialist Party legal representative, Koli Bele.
The complaint of the Socialist Party for the Shkoder district is based on two moments: “The 10 day deadline for filing complaints expired three days ago. The decision-making of the Central Election Commission has been illegal and will remain as such”, Bele declared.
